Join us on Thursday, May 13 for virtual coffee and conversation with Hennepin County Commissioner Chris LaTondresse .
Hennepin County is Minnesota’s largest local government. It administers courts and elections, operates parks and libraries, and provides public health and safety services to a region stretching from Minneapolis to Minnetrista. Commissioner LaTondresse represents District 6, which encompasses western suburbs from Edina to Mound.
LaTondresse was elected to the Hennepin County Board in November 2020 to a four-year term. He serves as Chair of Hennepin County’s Housing and Redevelopment Authority, Chair of Hennepin Health, Vice-Chair of the Hennepin Regional Railroad Authority, and Vice-Chair of Public Safety.
Before his election to the County Board, LaTondresse served as Vice-Chair of the Hopkins School Board, in the Obama Administration at USAID, and in national advocacy for educational equity.
