Video: The U.S. Supreme Court in Perspective

Professor Timothy R. Johnson spoke on the United States Supreme Court, the impact of recent decisions, new members and nominations and the how the current political climate affects the Court.

Professor Johnson is a nationally recognized expert on U.S. Supreme Court oral arguments, decision making and executive/judiciary relations. His research has been published in a variety of academic journals including the American Political Science Review, Journal of Politics, Law and Society Review, Political Analysis, Political Research Quarterly, American Politics Research, University of Illinois Law Review, and University of Minnesota Law Review. Professor Johnson’s work has also been supported by the National Science Foundation.
